Bright unit with a double bed.

Ample supply of electrical sockets including usb sockets Room well lit Comfortable bed Delightful staff especially the breakfast waitress - nothing was too much trouble for her + a mine of local knowledge No external noise Ample parking 

Nice service throughout stay.

Efficient staff who informed me that there was nothing he could do as the Manager was n't around, tasteful double room. Lots of supplies in the room: a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and multi-channel TV.  

It's stylish and quirky place to stay 3 km away from St Lawrence. The employees are attentive and efficient. We would stay here again, enjoyed its location.

Lots of flies but the hotel couldn't do anything about it

The food at dinner was disappointingly cold and the buffet breakfast was chaotic, lacking efficiency and timely replenishment.

It should be made clear on the website :- That it is a Continental Breakfast that is part of the price, not a Full English Breakfast which you pay extra for.

The hotel had a comfortable and welcoming feel. The room itself was very spacious with great features such as air conditioning, countryside view, large modern bathroom and decent sized comfy bed. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel

Our bathroom was in desperate need of a repaint. And the side of the bath needs replacing. Simple fix would make it a great value for money. Need some clarity about what is included for breakfast.

it was very cold in the room (single glass with not good closing windows) and the only fire in the room could not get any heat in the room. Bathroom outdated...

beautiful trails and nature reserves nearby for weekend explorers

I had a wonderful time here, with the beautiful Aston Rowant National Nature Reserve just a short drive away and the scenic Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty providing perfect spots for leisurely walks. The staff were friendly and quick with service, making my stay cozy and delightful.

ideal location for our break in journey to eventual destination. (Also well located for numerous tourist attractions )

Enjoyed the charming courtyard, but the hot water was inconsistent during the stay.
